Gardening in the Northern Neck to be held April 13

The 29th annual Gardening in the Northern Neck seminar returns on Saturday, April 13 at a new location this year, Lancaster Elementary School, 36 Primary School Circle, Lancaster.

Mary Palmer Dargan, CEO of Dargan Landscape Architects Inc., is one of the featured speakers at this year’s seminar, hosted by the Northern Neck Master Gardeners.

This year’s theme is “Creating Outdoor Spaces” and Dargan’s gardening philosophy embodies that idea. Her topic, “Couture Garden Design—May Your Landscape Fit Your Lifestyle Like a Glove” promises to inspire and motivate just in time for the spring gardening season, a release stated.

Dargan, with her husband and partner Hugh Dargan, specialize in creating “utopias,” or energized, nourishing stress-free living environments that allow seamless flow between interior and exterior spaces.
