“Flowers, Fashion, and Fun in the Fall” is the name of an upcoming fashion show and luncheon hosted by the Garden Club of Gloucester and Mathews.
The event will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 1, from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at the Shores of Cedar Point in Mathews County.
The waterfront venue, previously an Olympic training center with beautiful barns, is located at 528 Cedar Point Lane on the North River in Bohannon and will be decorated with flowers and special touches by members of the garden club.Fashions will be provided by Chico’s with a 10% discount and can be ordered and shipped free to your home. There will be a raffle of each of the fashion-themed table arrangements and a silent auction of beautiful household and gardening items including extraordinary vases and containers. Along with a lunch provided by caterer Shelly Williams, a cash bar will be available.
