Garber to lead Chesapeake Wealth Management

Scott H. Garber joined Chesapeake Wealth Management as president on March 5, succeeding John Sadler who stepped down at the end of 2023.Garber comes from Trust Company of Virginia (TCV) where he has worked in the Williamsburg market since 2003, according to a release from Chesapeake. A former senior vice president at TCV, he brings more than 30 years of experience and to his new firm, having worked in the wealth management division of three regional banks in New York and New England.

He is a graduate of the University of Hartford (B.A. in economics), Northwestern University (Graduate Trust School), and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).
