The Gwynn’s Island Civic League Foundation will hold a Dine to Donate event from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 7 at Howard-Dooley Café in Mathews. A portion of the sales made at the restaurant during the day will go toward the Mathews High School Music Department, said a press release. In addition to Howard-Dooley, community partners have donated to support the event, including Chimney Corner Lawnmower, Oyster Seed Holdings, and Stewart’s Carpet and Tile Center.
