“Frida: Beyond the Myth,” an exhibit of works by the late artist Frida Kahlo, has been so popular at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts that the museum is offering extended visitation hours through Sunday, during the final five days of the exhibit.
Hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. for the exhibit and the VMFA gift shop. The Best Café is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and the Amuse Restaurant from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., with the last seating at 8.
The permanent collection galleries will observe regular hours.
Tickets to the exhibit are $20 for adults, $16 for seniors 65 and older, and $10 for youth ages 7-17 and college students with ID.
The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts is located at 200 N. Arthur Ashe Boulevard, Richmond.
