Free RAM medical clinic to be held in Westmoreland

Remote Area Medical will hold a free medical/dental/vision clinic on Sept. 16-17 at Westmoreland High School, 16762 Kings Highway, Montross.

A RAM clinic is free, open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis with no ID required to receive services. Some services offered include HIV testing, vaccinations, general medical care, breast exams, diabetes screening, physicals, dental cleanings, fillings and extractions, eye exams and glasses made on site.

The patient parking lot will open at midnight on Friday night, Sept. 15, and remain open. As patients arrive at the parking lot, they will be provided with additional information regarding clinic opening processes and next steps.

Clinic doors typically open at 6 a.m. This clinic is being held in collaboration with Rappahannock Community College and the Virginia Area Health Education Center, Rappahannock Region.
