The Prevention, Health and Wellness Division of the Middle Peninsula-Northern Neck Community Services Board is offering free adult and youth mental health first aid online training.
The adult training will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 22 and 23; the youth mental health training is offered those same hours on Oct. 7 and 8.
