Frederick Stafford Sparrow of Richmond, died June 27, 2014.

Fred was born on March 1, 1970, and was a graduate of Warwick High School. An active member of the community, he loved working on computers and was the “go to guy” for anything in the promotional business. He was the type of guy who if he couldn’t do something for you, then he always knew someone who could. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick S. Sparrow Sr., and his uncle, Billy “Pop” Sparrow.

He is survived by his wife, Christine L. Sparrow; son, Leighton Frederick Sparrow; mother, Flores Williams; sister, Cyndi Sparrow; niece and nephew, Lisa and Bryan, and cousins, Will and Amber Sparrow.

Fred will be sadly missed by many people.

A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, July 10 at Union Baptist Church, Hayes. A Celebration of Life service will follow at Eggheads Diner at Gloucester Point.
