A funeral for Frederick Risdon Miles Carter, 73, of Newport News, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 10, at First Baptist Church, Denbigh. He died May 1, 2017.

Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, May 9, in Carter Funeral Home, Denbigh.

Burial will be in Shepherdsville Baptist Church, Gloucester, on Wednesday.
