Frances Ruth Cramer Smallwood passed away on May 17, 2026, in Gloucester, Va. She is survived by her loving husband, John Smallwood; son, Nathan Smallwood; daughter, Deanna Montanio; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Susan, and brother, Lee.  Visitation 11 a.m. prior to noon service on Thursday May 21, 2026, at Bellamy United Methodist Church, Gloucester.
