A memorial service for Frances Diggs Miller of Richmond, formerly of Mathews, was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 10 at the Cremation Society of Virginia, Richmond, Va. She died July 6, 2013.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elsie and Andrew Diggs, and brothers, Drew Diggs, James Diggs, and Billy Diggs.

Survivors include a son; two grandchildren, and two sisters, including Jane Curfman of Mathews.

She retired from Sentry Insurance of Richmond.
