Anita and Mark Ottarson of Bohannon, and Wade Foster of Hayes, announce the engagement of their daughter, Marie Dawn Foster, and Justin Lee Hogge, son of Lisa and Charlie Clark of Mascot, and Damon and Bonnie Hogge of Hayes. Marie graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington and is employed by Riverside Regional Medical Center, NICU. Justin, a graduate of Gloucester High School, works for Columbia Gas in Chester.
