The “party barn” doors at White Hall Plantation in Zanoni will once again open Wednesday, July 24 to “Food From the Heart,” an event sponsored by Charles and Mari Ann Banks in support of the Gloucester County’s food pantries.

Three chefs from US Foods and five other local chefs will donate their time and talents to the cause, demonstrating and providing instructions on each dish they prepare, with participants able to taste the finished product. Two sessions will be held: 10 a.m. to noon and 2-4 p.m.

Volunteers from Susanna Wesley UMC, Union Baptist and the St. Therese Roman Catholic Church will be present donating their time as servers.

Tickets are $65 per person plus each guest is asked to bring a bag of nonperishable groceries. For reservations, call 804-693-9611. ...
