The Guinea Heritage Association will host a special Fourth Friday program this Friday, May 23, at Buck’s Store Museum at Bena from 6-7 p.m.
The GHA will be joined by members of the American Legion Post 75 who will share the history of the flag and then lead the group in a ceremony for the disposal of unserviceable flags.
All are welcome to attend and to bring any faded, worn or damaged flags to be included in the ceremony. Hot dogs and light refreshments will be served.
