Five hearings on Tuesday’s county board agenda

Five public hearings are scheduled for Tuesday’s meeting of the Gloucester County Board of Supervisors, which will begin at 7 p.m. in the colonial courthouse.

Two of the hearings are being held to consider conditional use permits for solar farms. The first is for a utility scale solar facility while the second is large scale. Both are planned to be located at the intersection of Ditch Bank and Maryus roads.

There will also be a public hearing to consider an ordinance amendment to Gloucester County Code regarding animal welfare and control.

The fourth hearing will consider and ordinance to amend county code regarding to subdivisions and pertaining to boundary line adjustments and nonconforming lots of record.

Lastly, there will be a public hearing to consider a resolution authorizing the conveyance of county-owned real property.

There will also be a request for a public hearing to consider a siting agreement between Gloucester County and Nursery Lane Storage, LLC.
