Fireside Collective returns to Flat Iron Crossroads on Saturday for its fourth year at the Gloucester venue. Flat Iron Crossroads is located at 7709 Flat Iron Road and the group will play on the outdoor stage, weather permitting. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.; the show starts at 6:30. With a strong foundation in bluegrass and folk, the group blends in healthy doses of rock ‘n’ roll and funk in a unique and colorful amalgam of original music, a Flat Iron Crossroads release stated. Inspired by the burgeoning art scene, close knit community, and natural beauty of Asheville, North Carolina, newgrass turned eclectic jam band Fireside Collective has spent a decade working towards this pinnacle.
