Charis Brooke Boyd and William Farinholt II were married Saturday, July 30, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. at Creekside on Queens Creek, Mathews. The bride’s father, the Rev. Frank Boyd of Rock Church, officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Frank and Susan Boyd of Gloucester.

The groom is the son of Bill and Faith Farinholt, also of Gloucester.

The bride’s niece, Maeve Hiser, was the flower girl.

The groom’s great-nephew, Harlan Moody, was the ring bearer.

The reception was held at the White Dog Bistro in Mathews.

The couple plans a later wedding trip, and makes their home on Queens Creek in Hudgins.
