After an undesired two-year recess (2020-2021) the Ware River Circle of The King’s Daughters and Sons is in the second year of reviving a 34-year tradition: providing a fantastic Christmas treat. It’s a very special event that financially benefits the Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters, the entire community of Gloucester, and each ticket holder.

Christmas Open House “A Colraine Christmas Celebration” is being held Tuesday, Dec. 12 with four sessions: 12 to 1; 1:30 to 2:30; 3 to 4; 4:30 to 5:30.

In 1896, this Circle was organized with 10 members stating a three-fold purpose: education, philanthropy, and religion. Could these founding ladies have conceived where the Circle would be 127 years later?
