MASTER GARDENERS: Gloucester Master Gardeners will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday at Brent and Becky’s Bulbs, Gloucester. The meeting is open to all. The topic is “The Nightshade Family: Tomato, Pepper, Eggplant and Potato.” There is no charge or registration.

SUPERVISORS: The Gloucester County Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission will hold a joint meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the T.C. Walker Education Center cafeteria.

FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT: The Gloucester Floodplain Management Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 12, at the Emergency Operations Center.

QUILT GUILD: The Bay Quilters in Mathews will meet at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 13, at 119 Church Street, Mathews. A trash and treasure silent auction will be held of quilting items.
