BOOKMOBILE: Mathews Memorial Library Youth Bookmobile will make three stops around the county today to deliver library books to young readers. It will be at the Gwynn’s Island Civic League from 10-10:30 a.m., the Mathews Family YMCA from 10:45-11:15 a.m., and Cobbs Creek Post Office from 11:30 a.m. to noon. MICRO TRIATHLON: Mathews Micro Triathlon #3 will be held on Saturday at Williams Wharf Landing for ages 14 and over. Sponsored by the Virginia Tidewater Trailrunners, race day will begin with signup at 8 a.m. Start time is 8:30, with a run followed by a swim and then a bike ride.
