SOCIAL SERVICES: The Gloucester County Social Services Board will meet at 7:30 this morning, Thursday, Jan. 19, in the Social Services Office.

REPUBLICANS: The Gloucester County Republican Committee will meet tonight, Thursday, Jan. 19 at the IDK Raw Bar & Grill, 4329 George Washington Memorial Highway, Hayes. The Republicans will start setting up at 6 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 and the meeting starts at 7:15. This is a full restaurant and bar, so dinner and a full choice of beverages are available for purchase.

TUESDAY

SCHOOL BOARD: Mathews County Public Schools will have a public hearing on its proposed 2023-2024 budget at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the Mathews High School media center, with a budget work session to follow.

SUPERVISORS: The Mathews County Board of Supervisors will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the historic courthouse on Court Street.
