SUPERVISORS: The Mathews County Board of Supervisors will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the historic courthouse on Court Street. The previously listed location, the Harry M. Ward Auditorium at Mathews High School, was determined to be unavailable.
THURSDAY
BOOK MOBILE: The Mathews Memorial Library Youth Book Mobile will visit the following locations today, Thursday, Aug. 20: Mathews YMCA from 10-10:30, Cobbs Creek Post Office from 10:45-11:15, and North Post Office from 11:30 to noon.
REPUBLICANS: The Gloucester County Republican Committee at 7:15 tonight at the Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church, 6470 Main Street, Gloucester. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. New members and prospective members are welcome.
