THURSDAY KING’S DAUGHTERS: The Chesapeake Bay Circle of The King’s Daughters and Sons will meet at noon today, Thursday, April 23, in the fellowship hall of New Point Friends Church. PATHWAYS TO LEADERSHIP: The next session in the NAACP Gloucester Branch’s sponsored “Pathways to Leadership” session will be held at 6 o’clock tonight, Thursday, April 23, at The First United Baptist Church, 6188 George Washington Memorial Highway, Gloucester. The topic of this session is “What are the Roles and Responsibilities of the County Treasurer and County Commissioner of Revenue,” being presented by County Treasurer Tara Thomas and County Commissioner of Revenue JoAnne Harris.
