Eveline “Eve” Miller of Newport News, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, Aug. 19, 2018, after a brief illness.

She is survived by her three children, Collin Scott of Yorktown and her significant other, Peter Guhl; Bryn Scott of Alexandria and her fiancé, Dana Shafie; and Christopher Scott of Pennsylvania; grandsons, Tyler Crumpler of Chesapeake, and Jonathan “Johnny” Crumpler and wife Virginia “Jennie” Dozier Crumpler of Blacksburg.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
