Allan Evans of Gloucester, an officer with the Town of Kilmarnock Police Department, and a former Forensic Evidence Specialist, Department of Forensic Science, Eastern Laboratory, was appointed to the Virginia Forensic Science Board, Gov. Glenn Youngkin announced on Friday.
