Singleton-Longworth

Robert “Popeye” Carter of Gloucester, announces the engagement of his daughter, Robin Singleton to James Longworth, son of Darryl and Bonnie Longworth of Gloucester. Robin is also the daughter of the late Mary Kay Carter.

Robin graduated from Liberty University and is employed by Middlesex County Public Schools.

James graduated from Rappahannock Community College and Thomas Nelson Community College. He works for Rappahannock Community College and Gloucester County Public Schools.

A wedding is planned for April 3, 2021 in Gloucester.
