‘Empathetic Customer Care’ topic of business breakfast meeting

The Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce and Gloucester Department of Economic Development will present a seminar, “Empathetic Customer Care,” from 8-10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at Gloucester Arts on Main. The event is part of the Quarterly Business Breakfast series for Gloucester’s business and nonprofit community. 

Breakfast will precede the presentation and panel discussion on practical tips for businesses to compassionately serve their customer base; identify behavioral changes in customers, and deal with real-world situations. The event is designed to prepare staff and teams from restaurants, banks, retail, offices, or in-home services to interact with a diverse population, according to a release.
