She enjoyed being with her extended family at Gloucester House, going on trips, playing Bingo, and doing the crafts with Rebecca and Kim. She also loved to cook and enjoyed sharing her dishes at church functions, with family members, and friends that would stop by for a visit.

She is survived by two daughters, Pat Sutton (Gene) of Newport News, Marion McDonald (Ronald) of Richmond; one son, Ronny Wilson (Robin) of Gloucester; grandchildren, Tammy Eagle (Buddy) of York County, Kara McDonald-White (Doug) of Charlottesville; great-grandchildren, Zachary and Sarah Eagle of York County, and Helen White of Charlottesville.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Woodford Wilson; brothers, Thomas Sears and Edward Sears; sisters, Dorothy South and Anna Roy.

The family received friends on Thursday, June 8 from 5-7 p.m. at Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Saluda. Funeral and graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 9 at Salem United Methodist Church, Gloucester, followed by a celebration of her life in the church fellowship hall.
