Elke Erika Rogers, 74, passed away Jan. 27, 2017 at Walter Reed Convalescent Center, Gloucester.

She was born in Germany to the late Karl and Erika Bienert.

Elke was a devoted and loving mother. She was very proud of her family and loved being a “Grandmother” to her six grandchildren.

She enjoyed boating and fishing, family get-togethers and any chance to spend time with her family was important to her. Elke’s favorite pastime was watching her soaps and Judge Judy on television. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joe M. Rogers (Sergeant First Class-retired).

She is survived by her daughter, Kerstin Collins; son, Thorsten “Bobby” Juelicher (Kelly); grandchildren, Jesse, Justin, Nikole, Shawn, Kelsey and Tiffany, and great-grandchildren, AJ and Allison.

Memorial service will be held at a later date.
