Elizabeth E. Stevens (fondly known as “Liz”), 88, of Hardyville, passed away on July 31, 2026.
She retired from Hastings Radius in Hampton, Virginia. Liz was a demure woman who could hold her own and a homebody who loved to read. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren with passion. They will miss her greatly. Despite life struggles, she managed to raise three wonderful children. Liz instilled great values in each and always doted on them. She was an exceptional wife to her husband, James Jr., for 70 years, who passed away at the age of 88 in 2023. She loved the Lord and is now seated at his right hand.

(Calvin) Stevens (Beth), Shelia Musick, and James Michael Stevens (Jeanette); grandchildren, Megan Peters (Michael), Alyssa Joppich (Mike), Dana Combs (Clint), Craig Stevens, Hope Dix (Gerald), Donnie Musick (Brandy), Jason Stevens (Amanda); great-grandchildren, Kingston, Blake, Mason, Lyla, Vivian, Meredith, Avery, Carson, Noah, Emory, and Tyler; and great-great-grandson, Jett.
