Blues soloist Eli Cook will perform at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Flat Iron Crossroads in Gloucester. Doors open at 5 p.m., with food by the Nosh Modern Mobile Bistro and drinks available for purchase. Cook has been named one of the top three blues soloists worldwide by the United Kingdom’s “Blues Matters” magazine. He frequently opened for the late B.B. King, and has been featured in “Guitar Player,” “Vintage Guitar” and “Guitar Edge magazines.” He has performed at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and the Library of Congress.
