Governor Ralph Northam cracked down a bit on Tuesday, citing the rapid rise of COVID-19 cases in Hampton Roads and stating that officials from the Virginia Deaprtment of Health will begin to enforce the rules on mask wearing. In our area, we have seen that most people are wearing masks, but that some are not; will not. We have also watched case numbers in Gloucester rise to nearly 80.
