Sad to say, just two weeks after Joe Biden’s inauguration with its eloquent appeal for unity, the long knives are out again. The loudmouth partisans (both left and right) in our political landscape, who thrive on discord, are already slashing at the nation’s fabric.

We see some of the division expressed in the letters coming our way. We think the most appropriate place to vent on the many important issues facing this nation is with the people who make the policies.
