Editorial: Know your school board: Gloucester

With a new Page Middle School building beginning to take shape, 2014 will be an important year for Gloucester County Schools. From developing a multi-million dollar budget to the day-to-day operations at the county’s five elementary schools, Page and Peasley middle schools and Gloucester High School, there are plenty of important issues in the weeks and months ahead.

Three men and four women are charting the course for Gloucester County Schools in 2014 and they rely on your input as they make decisions that affect the education of the county’s youth and the allocation of taxpayer dollars. Let your voice be heard and send them an e-mail or give them a call if there’s something you feel passionately about. After all, they’re there to represent you.
