The board’s leadership is set and the county’s annual budget process will soon be underway. Gloucester County Board of Supervisors approved its chairman and vice chairman at its Jan. 6 organizational meeting. Ashley Chriscoe will serve as chairman and Tony Nicosia as the board’s vice chair. Pretty soon, the board will get down to perhaps its most important annual task, and the one that has the biggest impact on most of the county’s residents—setting the Gloucester budget and accompanying tax rates. The board also welcomed three new members at its organizational meeting: Nick Bonniville (at-large), Shannon Hanson (York District) and Dr. Joe Leming (Petsworth District).
