Virginia Peninsula Chamber, in partnership with Old Dominion University’s Strome College of Business, will present the 2022 Economic Forecast Mid-Year Breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. on June 10 at the Holiday Inn Newport News-Hampton.

Economists from ODU’s Dragas Center for Economic Analysis and Policy will deliver their midyear forecast. ODU Professors Dr. Vinod Agarwal and Dr. Bob McNab will present national, state and regional economic forecasts.

In the national and Virginia presentation, McNab will discuss the economic recovery and how consumers remain resilient in the face of economic shocks. Agarwal will deliver the Hampton Roads forecast and his presentation will include tourism and housing.
