The Gloucester High School girls’ and boys’ varsity soccer teams defeated Phoebus Tuesday evening. The boys’ team played at home, while the girls traveled to play the Phantoms.
The Lady Dukes defeated the Phantoms, 9-1. Lil Wright and Emmy Baker scored two goals each. Rylee Amaral, Layla Santellanes, Aubrey Milawski, Emerson Dutton and Mackenzie Santodomingo each scored one goal.
The Gloucester boys earned a shutout win against Phoebus, beating the Phantoms, 5-0.
Gloucester is set to play Kecoughtan tonight with the boys at home and the girls away.
