The Gloucester High School varsity boys’ basketball team fell to the Denbigh Patriots on Friday, 65-54. The game was close throughout with the final score being the largest lead for either team.
The Dukes trailed by only five points at halftime, 29-24. Strong shooting by the Patriots in the second half helped propel them to the win. This was Denbigh’s first win of the season.
