The Gloucester High School varsity football team took home the “Battle of the Bridge” trophy after decimating the York Falcons, 41-0, Friday night at Bailey Field. Omari Lockley and Steven Byrd-McManus scored two touchdowns each for the Dukes, followed by Kayden Lovett, Torenzo Collins and Brayden Davidson with one touchdown apiece. Lovett rushed six times for 48 yards, followed by Lockley rushing four times for 58 yards, Collins rushing three times for 28 yards and Byrd-McManus rushing twice for 52 yards. Matthew Hensley and Brayden Davison combined to rush six times for 10 yards. Byrd-McManus also recorded four receptions for 126 yards, followed by Caiden Green with two receptions for 27 yards, Evan Sealey and Kryshire Cooke with one reception for 15 yards each and Wright with one reception for four yards.
