Dorothy F. Allmond, 95, of Gloucester, passed away on Sept. 6, 2012.

She was the daughter of the late Morgan and Peachie Fitchett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mosby R. Allmond.

She is survived by her son, Mosby R. Allmond Jr. (Sandra); two grandsons, Christopher (Susan) and Matthew; three great-grandchildren; sister, Alma Stubblefield; brother, Benjamin Fitchett, and six nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held at 2 p.m., Sept. 10 at Bellamy United Methodist Church cemetery, Gloucester.
