Donna M. Norville Carter, 53, of Gloucester, died at MCV Hospital in Richmond on Sunday July 29, 2018, after a short but courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Newport News, on Feb. 12, 1965, she was the daughter of Martha Sue Norville and the late Richard C. Norville. She was a lady with a loving and sweet spirit who trusted her Lord.

She is survived by her mother; a brother, Darren Norville; son, Thomas R. Carter; one granddaughter; aunts, uncles, and many cousins.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
