Donna Ellen Fitchett, 62, of Cobbs Creek, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2021. She was a member of Spring Hill Baptist Church and a graduate of Mathews High School Class of 1977.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald L. Fitchett; her grandparents, Curtis and Louise Fitchett and Walter and Helen Miller.

She is survived by her mother, Nora Ellen Fitchett; a son, Donald “Frankie” Fitchett (Kristen); a brother, Dale Fitchett (Linda); nieces, Amy Harris (Steven), Leslie Hudgins (Kyle); a great-niece, Emma Hudgins, and numerous friends and family.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Windsor Gardens Cemetery & Mausoleum, Dutton, Virginia. Please be advised that state-mandated guidelines will apply to all in attendance, including social distancing and appropriate face coverings. Donations may be made in Donna’s memory to the Mathews Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 1130, Mathews, Va. 23109.
