Donating dresses

Layne Brown of the North River Circle of The King’s Daughters, at right, recently met with Connie Smith, Ambassador for Dress a Girl Around the World (DAGATW) in Mooresville, North Carolina, where Brown hand delivered more than 30 dresses made by her circle. Some of the dresses will be headed to Kenya in a few months. Others will be used by groups collecting for the Shoebox Christmas program.
