Mary Patrice Fowler and John Edward Dobbs were married on Friday, Sept. 29, 2023, at noon at The River Club Twin Oaks in Hayes. The Rev. Bud Goode conducted the ceremony.
The reception was held at Surf Rider in Poquoson.
The couple plans a wedding trip to Hawaii in the spring, and lives in Hayes.
