DMV 2 Go to visit Mathews, Gloucester

DMV 2 Go, the mobile full-service office of the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, will be making stops in Gloucester and Mathews counties in the coming weeks.

On Tuesday, April 2, the vehicle will spend the day at the Liberty Square courthouse complex on Buckley Hall Road in Mathews, welcoming customers from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A couple of days later, DMV 2 Go will set up at the Gloucester Daffodil Festival. The vehicle will set up on Main Street and be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 7.

The full service office-on-wheels is equipped to process all DMV transactions, including applying for and renewing ID cards and driver’s licenses, obtaining vehicle titles, license plates, decals and transcripts, and getting fishing and hunting licenses.
