Dixon named finalist in AP contest

Terrance Dixon has been named a finalist in the 2018 Virginias Associated Press Broadcasters contest.

A Mathews native, Dixon has been nominated in the category of Multimedia/Online Journalism for his work on WWBT, the NBC affiliate in Richmond.

The awards will be announced at the Virginias AP Broadcasters Awards Luncheon on April 6 at the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Last year, Dixon was nominated for an Emmy award.
