The Mathews County Little League Majors All-Star softball team ended the season as the Virginia District 15 runners up following the double-elimination tournament that concluded last Wednesday. Mathews was the host team for the tournament, with the home girls posting wins over Caroline and King William before eventually falling to the champions from Richmond County.
