After closing its regular season with a win at King and Queen, the Mathews High School varsity boys’ basketball team heads into the Tidewater District tournament tonight at King William.

The third-seed Blue Devils will play the second-seeded Cavaliers at 7 o’clock. The winner advances to Friday night’s championship game, also at King William, against either Middlesex or King and Queen.
