Deputy Deshun McGinnis’s birthday was celebrated as a special gift to the entire department from his mother, Vivian McGinnis. a lady known for her good cooking. She had prepared lunch using recipes from her native land of the Philippines. This is a mother’s love. Vivian has been doing this for the 11 years that Deshun has been in law enforcement, five of which has been in Mathews.
