The Deltaville Deltas picked up their 11th and 12th consecutive wins of the summer, using an eighth-inning rally to defeat Richmond Team Woody on July 2 by a 5-3 margin, and crushing the Danville Marlins with two blowout innings on Saturday night, 18-1. The Deltas improved to 12-0 overall on the summer, and 10-0 in league play. They continue to sit just above Team Woody (9-2) and Tappahannock (8-2) in league standings.
